How the Court of Appeal has dealt with cases we have referred.

Here you can view a list of the cases we have referred back to courts of appeal.

They appear in groups of twenty in alphabetical order according to the appellant’s surname.  You can get very brief additional details by clicking on the Appeal Outcome.

For some cases a copy of the court’s full judgment is available, thanks to the kind assistance of WordWave International, who operate Casetrack (new window)

As time goes by we will keep adding to the judgments available.

You can use the Search facility to find a particular name or date.  If you are searching by name, enter the surname only.  The search facility  will not search the text of the judgments themselves.
