This form can be used to request an application pack to be posted to you. The pack will contain an application form and information sheets about the Commission, applying to the Commission, the Commissioners, and getting legal help with your application.
If you prefer, you can also download an application form in Word or PDF format from the 'Applying to Us' section. (The information sheets from the application form are not currently available to be downloaded but the kind of information they contain is covered within this site.)
