The Publication Scheme

The Commission adopted the Information Commissioner's Office model publication scheme on January 1, 2009.

We aim to make the most commonly sought pieces of information readily and easily available under the scheme.

We have developed a Guide to Information about the CCRC to help people understand what information is covered by the publication scheme and to help them find it. The guide itself contains plenty of useful information about the Commission, but it also explains where to go for more information, and, where possible, provides hyperlinks to the relevant web pages - most of the  information covered by the scheme is on this site.

The Guide also provides information about who to contact to make applications under the Freedom of Information Act to get information not published as part of the scheme.

To use the Guide, follow the link above.
